2. How to Enter: There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

1. Join subscriber: Simply enter your valid email address and click on Submit. You will then receive a confirmation email (if you are not already subscribed). By confirming your email subscription, you agree that you would like to receive our special Email Deal Alerts to keep you informed on our latest offers and promotions.
2. Share the post on Twitter: One valid share it on Twitter.
3. Share the post on Facebook: One valid Like it on Facebook.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on April 16, 2012, at 12:00 a.m. (PST) and ends on May 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (PST).

4. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents eighteen (18) years of age or older in the United States only void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, outside the United States, and anywhere else prohibited by law. Employees and directors of Shop4tech affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Shop4tech, which are final and binding in all respects.

5. Random Drawing: The winners of the sweepstakes will be drawn at random after the sweepstakes end.

6. Prize: Three (3) iTheatre Eyewear will be awarded. Winners will be announced and notification emails will be sent out within 5 business days of the drawing result. Please note: Shop4tech reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if advertised prize is unavailable.

7. General Conditions: Shop4tech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Shop4tech's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Shop4tech reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Shop4tech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Shop4tech's or any Promoter's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Shop4tech and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Shop4tech's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
